SnapNrack, a leading manufacturer of solar panel racking systems, today announced the SnapNrack Wire Clamp, an enhancement to its wire management product line that allows wires to transition seamlessly in and out of the SnapNrack Rail Channels. Combined with SnapNrack’s patented Snap-In Channel Nut, the wire clamp is quicker and easier to install and remove, reduces the handling of parts, and eliminates scrap material from wire routing changes. The new addition of the wire clamp aids in SnapNrack’s commitment to reduce solar installation times and lower installation costs for customers.
The SnapNrack Wire Clamp offers a strong and reliable solution for securing wires in SnapNrack Rail Channels, transitioning in and out of channels, and routing home-run circuits across rails. As a high quality alternative to plastic zip ties, the SnapNrack Wire Clamp has a four-wire capacity and works with a wide range of diameters including all known sizes of #10 PV Wire Module leads. The wire clamp is also made up of composite material developed for high UV exposure in outdoor environments and can handle the extreme temperature range of a rooftop (rated for -40F to 185F).
